Traditionally, this year we did not forget about the abandoned dogs and we decided to prepare a special surprise for them. We have made 40 unique dog beds for them, which will not only make their resting place more pleasant, but will also protect them from ticks.

“This year we invented a novelty and made the beds from tick-resistant fibre, which is treated with natural substances and is resistant to ticks. Inside, we put an antimicrobial fibre that works against several bacteria and viruses. In addition, the polypropylene that we produce in Svit is a very good insulator, which should help dogs stay warm, and the fibre is hydrophobic, so it won’t hold moisture. The dogs will have a very comfortable lie-in,” explained the company’s managing director Ing. Alena Balogová, MBA

These are manufactured prototypes, designed specifically for the dog shelter in Poprad.
